Why is there no charge for advice on a compromise agreement?

Usually your employer will agree to pay your legal costs in full. We agree to limit our charges to the amount that your employer is willing to pay, so there is no charge to you whatsoever.

If your employer does not agree to pay your legal costs, we will advise you of the likely costs in advance.
