Ian Mason is the senior partner at Advantage Employment Law with responsibility for the firm's overall direction. He advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.
Ian read law at Oxford University, graduating from St Peter's College with a Master of Arts degree in 1974. He qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and completed his training with a leading Northampton solicitors firm, where he became a Partner in 1987.
Ian has extensive experience in all aspects of law and helps to oversee the smooth running of Advantage Employment Law.
In addition to his legal practice, Ian is a non-executive director of a local retail business, chairman of a small voluntary housing association and a managing trustee of an independent trust responsible for numerous properties. His enormous practical experience enables him to provide legal advice to clients in a wide range of different situations.
