Andrew Crisp is a partner at Advantage Employment Law, having qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
He did his law degree at Exeter University and then stayed at Exeter to do his Diploma in Legal Practice.
Andrew trained as a solicitor with a firm in Birmingham. After he qualified 1999, he went on to specialise in Employment Law and General Litigation.
He joined Mason Bullock Solicitors in 2002 and pioneered the launch of Advantage Employment Law in 2004. Andrew became a partner in 2005.
Andrew has developed a particular expertise in the area of compromise agreements and issues relating to the termination of employment. He advised more than 200 people on their compromise agreements in 2009.
