We limit our fees to what your employer is willing to contribute, so there is no charge to you!
Occasionally (for example if we need to re-draft the compromise agreement or if negotiations become more protracted than expected), we may need to increase our fee.
However, we will always let you know in advance if this is likely to be the case. If we do need to increase our fee, we will try to negotiate a higher contribution to your legal costs from your employer. If your the employer agrees to this, there will still be no charge to you!
