Advantage Employment Law is a division of Mason Bullock Solicitors, Northampton, which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This website is dedicated to the work we do in advising clients on their compromise agreements.
Mason Bullock Solicitors was founded in 1991 by long term friends Ian Mason and Michael Bullock. Ian was a partner in a regional law firm based in Northampton and Michael worked for a large firm in Birmingham.
As both of them specialised in major commercial litigation, Mason Bullock was originally established as a “niche” practice. Such was their success, however, that clients wanted the firm to provide other legal services. They therefore took on additional staff and expanded their range of services to include employment law advice. Although Michael emigrated in 1997, he retains an association with the firm.
Andrew Crisp joined the practice in 2002 as an assistant solicitor, specialising in employment law and general litication. Andrew pioneered the development of Advantage Employment Law in October 2005 to reflect the growing need for specialist employment advice. In February 2006 he became a partner with Ian.
