What happens if I do not sign the compromise agreement ?

Refusing to sign would mean that there is no agreement between you and your employer and you would be free to pursue any employment related claim that may be appropriate. However, this is likely to mean that your employer would refuse to pay you the full agreed amount.

Our solicitors will be able to advise you in respect of any Employment Tribunal claim that you wish to bring, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract etc. Please click on the links at the foot of this page for further details.
