How much will it cost to receive advice on my compromise agreement?

Usually the employer agrees to pay the employee's legal costs in full, in which case there is no charge to you whatsoever.

There may be a charge to you if you require us to undertake significant negotiations on your behalf. We will advise you of this in advance. If this happens, we would usually expect to increase the settlement figure by far more than any additional legal costs.
